Cut the potaotes into 1″ cubes. Add to a baking dish. Top with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and parsley. Cut broccoli into similar size pieces. Slice chicken sausage into 1/2″ rounds. Set both aside. Add potatoes only to oven and roast on 425 for approx 25-30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a 12 count muffin pan with silicone liners or coat with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside. In a large 4 cup measuring cup or mixing bowl, crack in eggs and whisk together with salt and black pepper. Whisk in garlic powder and thyme until combined. Stir in broccoli and cheddar.

Add the broccoli to the room temperature potatoes, along with the cheddar, eggs, and 1/2 cup panko. Combine thoroughly. Put the rest of the panko in a shallow dish and season with salt and pepper. Sauce- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the sauce mixture. Assemble- Add the potatoes to the casserole dish and spread evenly, and top with fresh greens. Add broccoli, and stir to coat. Transfer the broccoli and cheese mixture to a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch broiler-proof baking dish, and cool to room temperature, about 30 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil, and chill until ready to bake, up to 1 day ahead. Preheat oven to 350°F.
Taste and season with salt. Step 5. Add the cooked rice and parboiled broccoli to the pot and stir until evenly coated with sauce. Step 6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared dish and sprinkle with remaining 1 cup grated cheese, Ritz crackers and remaining ½ teaspoon red-pepper flakes. Step 7.
Spoon over potatoes. Spread ham on top of broccoli and onion mix. In a mixing bowl, add eggs, and milk and whisk well. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in cheese. Pour over vegetables and ham. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a knife stuck in the center comes out clean and edges are browned. Serve immediately.
